Upon subscribing to Outreach ONE, you will receive an onboarding confirmation email containing a unique activation link. Clicking this link provisions your included Outreach Social Plus tier subscription (normally $49/month) at $0 additional cost under your unified Outreach ONE account.

You can always access the platform directly from your Outreach ONE dashboard by clicking AI Sermon Clips on the left navigation menu (you can also log in directly at digital.outreach.com if needed).

If you currently maintain an active standalone Outreach Social subscription, your account and billing can be seamlessly integrated into your Outreach ONE platform subscription:

• Billing Transfer: Using the unique activation link sent to your email will automatically transfer billing responsibility to your Outreach ONE subscription, discontinuing any separate recurring charges.
• Tier Upgrades & Retention: Accounts on older or lower legacy tiers will be automatically upgraded to the full Plus tier at no extra cost. Accounts already at the Plus tier (or higher) will retain their existing tier features and data without interruption.
• Mandatory Link Activation: You must complete activation using your unique link. If you do not click and authenticate through the link, the system cannot link your accounts and your existing standalone subscription will continue to be billed separately.

A standard plain-text SMS is limited to 160 characters (1 segment). However, if you add even a single emoji, special symbol, or styled quote, network carriers drop the segment limit to 70 characters. Images (MMS) are billed the equivalent of 3 segments. Keep automated follow-ups plain to optimize wallet usage.

WhatsApp QR codes instantly open a direct chat with your church profile. Contact Card QR codes allow visitors to scan the print flyer and instantly save your church's phone, email, and address directly into their phone address book.

We offer complete flexibility with month-to-month plans and no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard under Settings > Billing, or by contacting our 24/7 support team.

Important Details Regarding Cancellations:

• Immediate, Permanent & Irreversible: Because Outreach ONE provisions live telecom carrier numbers and carrier compliance (A2P), confirming a cancellation immediately releases those carrier lines. Cancellations cannot be paused or reactivated. If your church decides to re-subscribe later, we will warmly welcome you back with a fresh setup, though previous carrier numbers and configurations must be started over.
• Safety Confirmation Prompt: To prevent accidental clicks, the platform requires confirming by explicitly typing Cancel in a verification prompt before any action is taken.
• Outgoing Activity Stopped Immediately: All active and scheduled outgoing communications—including scheduled text messages, email campaigns, forms, and automated workflows—stop immediately upon cancellation.
• Loss of Configurations & Setups: All active carrier processes and technical configurations (such as dedicated phone number setups, A2P carrier registrations, and custom domain connections) are released and must be re-established upon re-subscribing.
• Wallet Credit & Balance Forfeiture: Any remaining wallet credits or account balances are forfeited at the time of cancellation. Credits do not carry over or reactivate with future accounts. (This is a system-enforced policy and cannot be overridden.)
• Plan Benefits & Pricing: Tier plan benefits end immediately upon cancellation, and original promotional rates or grandfathered pricing cannot be guaranteed upon return.
• 90-Day Free Trial: If you cancel during your 90-day free trial before Day 91, you will not be billed any subscription fee.

Please do not cancel your account! If a pastor, media director, or volunteer leaves your church, you do not need to cancel your subscription.

You can easily transfer account ownership, update the primary administrative email, or add and remove team members directly in your dashboard under Settings > My Staff (or reach out to our 24/7 support team to assist with the transfer).

Cancelling the account permanently decommissions your church's phone numbers, forms, and data history. Simply updating your staff profiles keeps all your active campaigns, automated visitor workflows, and church records running smoothly without interruption.

We want to give you 3 full months to completely explore, evaluate, and integrate Outreach ONE into your ministry—with $0 in subscription fees upfront. We collect payment details during setup for a few key reasons:

• $0 Subscription for 90 Days: Your core platform subscription is completely free for your first 3 months. You will not be billed a subscription fee until Day 91, and you can cancel anytime before then with zero penalty.
• Pay-As-You-Go Usage (Optional): While your subscription is 100% waived, optional high-volume features (like 2-way SMS text messages, local phone numbers, or AI generation) draw small pay-as-you-go usage fees from your digital wallet. A card on file enables you to test and use these tools without interruption.
• Uninterrupted Ministry Workflow: Having your account verified ensures that on Day 91, your active campaigns, automated guest follow-ups, custom forms, and church website continue running smoothly without any pause in service.
• Account Verification & Anti-Spam: Verifying a payment method protects our church community and telecom carrier trust by preventing spam and bot accounts.

While features are included in your subscription, high-volume carrier utilities (like sending SMS, calling, or generating AI text/images) incur small usage-based fees. These are deducted from a prepaid digital wallet. For example: outbound calls are $0.028/minute; email sends are $0.0014; AI review responses are $0.02.

To prevent workflows from breaking (like failing to send a visitor text back because of $0 balance), the platform uses auto-recharge. If your wallet balance drops below $0.00, it automatically bills your card $10.00 (or your custom set amount) to replenish the balance.

Yes, mobile carriers charge strict, pass-through compliance fees: $4.41 brand registration (one-time), $16.54 campaign registration (one-time), and $2.21/month campaign maintenance. Outreach ONE passes these directly through without markup.

Yes, local numbers are $1.15/month and toll-free numbers are $2.15/month, billed directly from your digital wallet. This covers the number rental and carrier lease.

Automated text messages, email blasts, and phone calls will be temporarily paused until the wallet is replenished. Enabling auto-recharge prevents these sudden disruptions.

Optional add-on services (such as WordPress Hosting, Dedicated IPs, WhatsApp, AI Employee, SEO Tools, and Online Listings) operate as modular platform add-ons on their own recurring monthly billing cycles.

• Automatic Monthly Renewal: Activated add-ons automatically renew each month until they are manually cancelled.
• Non-Refundable: Charges for optional add-on subscriptions are non-refundable once billed for the period.
• How to Cancel an Add-On: To cancel an individual add-on, navigate in your dashboard to Settings > Billing, and locate the Subscriptions section on the right side of the page where each active add-on is listed.
• Cancelling Main Plan vs. Add-Ons: You can cancel individual add-ons at any time without affecting your main Outreach ONE platform subscription. If you cancel your main Outreach ONE account, all attached add-on subscriptions are immediately cancelled as well.
