Outreach Annual Digital Subscription Plans Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions cover all Annual Digital Content Subscription plans (“Digital Subscriptions’) subscribed to and downloaded from this site and provided by Outreach, Inc.. This agreement is between you (Licensee) and Outreach Inc ("Licensor"). Licensee's use of the digital content as defined below constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

Permitted Uses and Rights

The Digital Subscription Content downloaded from this site includes private and/or public performance licensing only, and may be used, in whole, or in part, on social media sites, online private streaming sites, and private websites. Certain content may have restrictions on usage on public mediums including radio, television & cable, please contact Outreach Inc. for information and permission.

Restrictions

Licensee may not resell, giveaway, reproduce or redistribute in any way Digital Content and/or services received from Outreach Inc. or its partners.

Digital Media may not be shared with or have ownership transferred to any third party outside licensee's local organization, regardless of affiliation.

Purchasing Terms and Subscription Services

The Outreach Inc. Annual Digital Subscription Plan begins when You sign up and make payment as Your use of the website includes Your agreement to license terms and conditions, and ends when You terminate the subscription. The Outreach Inc. Annual Digital Subscription Plans automatically renew each year on or around the date of the first purchase. Customers may cancel their subscription plans at any time during the year in order to prevent automatic renewal. Charges are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for, unless within the refund period for subscriptions paid on an annual basis.

Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with Outreach Annual Digital Kit Subscription Plan, you may provide notice to Outreach, Inc. of cancellation within fourteen (14) days of having paid for initially or renewed such Outreach Subscription Plan (the “Refund” and “Refund Period”). If you reside in a jurisdiction which requires a longer Refund Period, we will accommodate such requirements in accordance with all applicable laws. After the Refund Period, the Fees paid by you are non-refundable and non-cancellable. In addition, if we find that a notice of cancellation has been given in bad faith or in an illegitimate attempt to avoid payment for services actually received and used, we reserve our right to still charge the User who provided such notice for any Outreach Digital Services actually received, as permitted by law.

Outreach Inc. cannot be responsible for troubleshooting internet access, browser, download bandwidth or personal computer hardware or software issues.
